Fast Feet Sports Ltd was founded in 1983 by Mr Paul Lincoln, a keen runner who has competed in anything from 3,000 metres on track to ultra distances around the world. He also has a background in boxing - in his youth he won 4 area ABA titles, reached the national finals in 1980 at the Royal Albert Hall and represented his country internationally on many occasions.
Paul's strong sporting background and in-depth understanding of everything from general fitness & professional training, right through to international competition is why Fast Feet Sports has a reputation for excellent, friendly, professional service.
