Established in 1924 by Frank Hill as an Auctioneer and Agricultural Valuer covering Holderness the firm now trading as Frank Hill & Son (Auctioneers & Valuers) Ltd is a multidiscipline company undertaking comprehensive rural property services throughout East and North Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire. We are the leading rural agents for the Holderness Area from our offices at Patrington and continue to work in an open, honest and friendly way assisting our clients in whatever way we can. In maintaining our traditional values and approach we continue to operate the sole remaining Livestock Market in East Yorkshire from our site at Dunswell near Beverley and operate as clerk to the South Holderness Internal Drainage Board.

The firm is headed by Mr Ralph Ward having over 40 years experience in the area as a Rural Surveyor, Auctioneer and Valuer and supported by a dedicated and multifaceted team.

Operating since 1924 in Holderness, East Yorkshire we are a multi disciplined independent company providing open and friendly property and professional advice whatever your needs covering East and North Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire.
