I started with Ridgeons 12 years ago with responsibility for all aspects of security including the purchasing of security systems. At this time we used a number of different intruder alarm suppliers and we had very little CCTV coverage across the estate. Anglian Security were one of our suppliers and provided the alarm system and maintenance for 3 sites and I had only ever heard positive comments from the Managers that dealt with Anglian Security. Dealing with multiple companies proved problematic and led to differing standards, so in our desire to provide our branches with consistency we looked for a company that would over time become our preferred supplier.

Anglian Security rose to this challenge and through the hard work and commitment from the whole team and offering us consistently high levels of workmanship, value for money they now provide 99% of our alarm systems. During this time we also started to invest in CCTV and again offering all of the same benefits they became our only supplier of CCTV across the estate. They now also provide Fire Alarms to us providing us with one supplier for our new sites. The level of service far exceeds my expectations of a supplier offering these services, and occasionally when there is a problem it is dealt with in a quick and professional manner.

Robert Dakin, Technical Director provides the main liaison between Ridgeons and Anglian Security, with his dedication, high degree of attention to detail, problem solving, providing us information about new products or solutions without a hard sell, high degree of trust and the customer always coming first he has become a vital part of our Loss Prevention Strategy.
