Richard Language College is one of the oldest running schools in Bournemouth. The founders of Richard Language College have been involved in teaching English as a foreign language since 1928. The family-run school was opened in 1964. We pride ourselves on being one of the friendliest schools in Bournemouth.
This language school was last inspected by the British Council in June 2014 and met the high standards required for accreditation. We are also a member of EnglishUK.
Richard Language College runs a wide range of English language, exam preparation and professional development courses lasting from 1 week to an academic year.

Richard Language College students can take part in our free after school workshops held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3.45 to 4.30pm in the Private Study Centre. Each workshop has a theme, for example pronunciation points, grammar points, spelling rules, IELTS test practice, Cambridge test practice, etc.
