For 1966 was the year Peter Adderley and his wife Violet opened the doors of their independent body shop with the twin aims of first class workmanship and a reasonable cost.
The firm has had many changes over the years – including the recent move to new premises in Herald Drive, Crewe – but those core principles still remain for the business which prides itself on being ‘Big enough to cope, and small enough to care.’
He learned his craft in panel beating and paint spraying both at technical college and under the careful eye of the firm’s highly experienced workforce. He rose through the ranks, learning every aspect of the business, becoming a Director in 1978, MD in 1992 – and finally taking over as sole owner in 2013.
His team is now nine-strong, and they all embody the Peter Adderley legacy – perfectionism, professionalism, pride in a good job well done at a fair price – and that’s the secret of the company’s success for over forty years, and in the years to come.

This is a well-recognised approach in the industry and doesn’t cost you as more as any fees are covered by the insurance claim – but we can explain all that.
