What is Russnorth Limited?
Rapid response and short lead times have fuelled our growth, since the formation of the company in 1977. Thirty years of trading, through some difficult times in the past, have made us very competitive. We continue our success with the customers of today by building mutually rewarding customer-supplier relationships. Our success in producing high quality components have been attributed to our skilled work force and our policy to invest in advanced CNC equipment and Tooling to achieve this goal.
We offer a skilled workforce embracing machining, CNC machining up to 5 axis, fabricating, assembly, through to design, and management of turnkey projects. As a company we undertake sub-contract machining with work sizes ranging from 0.25 mm to 500 mm in diameter. General machining tolerances maintained are plus or minus 15 microns, but we frequently machine to below 10 microns (0.01mm).
In addition to machining we are capable of handling and manufacturing fabricated assemblies up to 250kg.
Russnorth Limited is situated on the outskirts of Maidstone in Kent, with easy access from the M20 (junction 6) and M2 (junction 3) motorways. The factory is located near the bottom of Bluebell Hill off the A229 in the village parish of Sandling.
