Over the last 12 years, we have introduced 15 software updates. Updates are based on questions/feedback into technical support. The updates are given FOC, to all our users, via our unique automated web update functionality included in the software. These updates are designed to make our solutions faster/better/easier. For Example: Our Plug’N’Play DTP1/300 thermal printer/printer driver, saves set-up time and removes label waste. Internal videos included in the software, help new users get running in less than 5 minutes.
We often receive calls from engineers with questions about which label solution is best for them. Our sales team and technical support are always very happy to help and advice. If you are looking for a particular application, you are very welcome to call us.
Silver Fox is an ISO 9001:2008 registered company. The quality, durability and reliability of our labelling solutions is paramount. Unless otherwise stated, our labels are independently tested in approved, external test laboratories in compliance with recognised industry standards.

Until 2011 Michelle acted as a consultant to Silver Fox on the day to day running of the company. She brings key skills to be business including HR and Accounts.

With her past experience in sales and marketing, albeit within the media sector Michelle has previously worked for BskyB, Turner International, MGM/UA and Viacom International, she is also well placed to work with and understand the sales and marketing side of the business.
Michelle’s greatest professional highlight was being presented to H.R.H. Queen Elizabeth II at Buckingham Palace when Silver Fox won Queen’s Award for Enterprise in 2005. Nick her husband is also able to report that this was the first time that Michelle stood there lost for words and speechless!
Before joining the Silver Fox board as an Advisor, John gained over 30 years experience in the interconnect technology industry, with his last full time post as Managing Director Northern Europe at HUBER+SUHNER. John’s past roles include a variety of senior executive positions in the UK, mainland Europe and China.
John has coupled his extensive change management experience with exceptional interpersonal skills to build very strong and successful management teams, together with the growth of profitable and diverse business models.

Neville was appointed CBE, in 200I New Years Honours for services to business. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Engineering and Technology (FIET) with a BSc from Leeds, MBA from Cranfield and a Honorary Doctor of Letters (Hon.DLitt) from the University of Hertfordshire. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Directors (FIoD) and the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA) and was appointed Deputy Lieutenant of Hertfordshire in 2003.
