Jamie was aware about our deadline to go on holiday and so was everyone that was working on the project. The entire project was completed 2 days short of the four weeks. I have never seen anything like this before, I am totally gobsmacked. The neighbours have all commented on the suberb finish and high quality work. I have told Jamie that anybody who wishes to view the complete project is most welcome and I am personally willing to guarantee the quality of their work and their upmost professionalism. Right from the start, Jim and Jamie were lovely to work with. Jamie doing the initial visit and patiently answering our never ending questions. Jim and his team did an amazing job converting a large loft into 2 spacious bedrooms, a bathroom and lovely landing area. They worked really hard; were here every weekday before 8am and just got on with it; consulted us all the way through and were friendly and polite at all times. What is best is that they seem to really enjoy what they do, and seemed to take pleasure in seeing our pleasure in the transformation of a dusty unused space into beautiful living areas in our home. We would without hesitation recommend them to anyone wanting a loft conversion. We are thrilled with the end result. Well done to all at Alvaston.
fast forward a few month while we sorted finances we had a date confirmed. Paul turned up on day 1 along with a load of steel and whole Forrest of timber! he had the all the steel in on the first. There was no waiting around like typical builders do !! every day they hit another milestone. in the first week the main structure was done. Im in the construction industry myself and was very surprised at how organised they were
within 4 and bit week they were done and dusted ! Rich the carpenter done a superb job with all stairs and banisters custom making most of it to match every thing into the existing stairs.every day the house was left clean and the ladders removed outside.
