Workplace Property Ltd is a family owned company, established in 1971, that owns and manages commercial and industrial unit rental properties.Workplace Property is located on King Street Industrial Estate which is home to a diverse range of companies from shot blasting equipment to fly screen manufacturers.
Founder Richard Hiblin started the estate in the 1970’s with a successful contract shot blasting business called REH Cleaning. From there, Richard began to expand, developing property and adding new businesses starting with Airblast Eurospray, which evolved out of REH Cleaning.
