We work closely with all parties involved in our buildings. We take a genuine interest in our tenants, their problems and their successes, because we have common interests and like to be seen as active service providers rather than remote investors.
The 1960s units were demolished and redeveloped to provide new accommodation which was subsequently let to Weight Watchers and Hutchison 3G (the operators of "3" mobile telephone network). The 1970s units were refurbished and let to Howden Joinery and Double Glazing Supplies Group plc.
Gabriel Securities Limited owns two prominent sites in Stevenage which are earmarked for future development. At Gunnels Wood Road Stevenage there is a 5.5 acre site with a frontage to the main dual carriageway suitable for industrial or warehouse space, car sales or a trade counter operator. The land already has consent for 108,000 sq ft and adjoins a Mercedes garage and modern warehouses.
In both locations, Gabriel Securities is looking to sell or lease either the site, or purpose built units on it, to an occupier or investor.
With over forty years experience, Gabriel Securities are actively involved in property investment and management. We have selected and acquired industrial buildings and office buildings for investment within London and the South-East.
Historic projects of ours have provided accommodation for occupiers such as EMI, IBM, Sainsbury’s, Weight Watchers and 3
