Sharnold Ltd is built on the principles of making quality products and providing a reliable service. We have been manufacturing plastic injection mould tools for over 30 years, during which we have gained a wealth of experience in producing quality tooling for a wide range of products for customers in both the home market and abroad.
Because we are a small company we can offer a personal design service,full toolmaking facilities and injection moulding all under one roof.
The design and toolmaking processes are carried out by our experienced skilled staff using the latest version of Work Nc 3d cad/cam package which is directly married to our CNC machinery.This modern technology ensures accuracy as well as reducing lead times and tooling costs.
Upon completion a small sample run is carried out and these parts are then inspected. When they are up to the required standard they are then submitted along with a detailed inspection report and a material conformity certificate to the customer for their final approval before full production begins.
Should in the future, following approval, any tool modifications that are required can be implemented without delay and whilst any tool manufactured by us remains in our possession for moulding, we will bear the cost of maintaining the tool and guarantee it for the life of the product.
