Elastomer Engineering Ltd operates from a purpose built factory in Lymm, Cheshire and is centrally based in the UK close to the M6/M56 motorway network.
From its foundation in 1966, the company has continuously invested in modern high quality equipment and skilled personnel and we are able to provide the highest standards of rubber moulding and polyurethane casting. We use our extensive knowledge of polymer science and manufacturing technology to meet the most exacting requirements of our customers. Our large range of rubber moulding and polyurethane casting equipment includes microprocessor controlled injection and compression machines built to our own specification plus a state-of-the art polyurethane dispensing machine. The comprehensive raw material preparation facility includes mills, extruders and precision pre-forming equipment. Rubber to metal bonding has always been an important aspect of our operation. The specialist metal treatment department comprises a modern vapour degreasing plant, media blasting and bonding agent application facility.
The Trimming and Inspection department ensures that every product despatched is Quality Assured to customer specification, our Quality accreditation was first achieved back in 1986 to BS 5750 and our current Quality Management System is accredited to

Prototype compounds can be mixed on-site whilst production batches are sourced through several approved suppliers.
