Thank you Kelly and everyone at Airpets for your expert care of a Nemy on her journey to Abu Dhabi. She had plenary of water on arrival , the frozen deeper bowl was a triumph. With such a hot final destination hydration is so important. Your colleagues at Britvets had also ensured she was kept in a room with AC on arrival, until she was cleared by the vets and customs etc. Jadaan , the Britvet's rep was superb and had everything expertly handled. I couldn't have done this myself, it's reassuring to have left this to a pro. I would thoroughly recommend Airpets to anyone, they could not have been more accommodating .

Airpets - The Story
The origin of Airpets stretches back over 40 years, when Mr John Woodward, a farmer, established Airpets Ltd. With the kennels located so close to Heathrow, the quarantine services they offered became more and more popular. This increasing demand led to the expansion of the kennels, providing larger and more comfortable facilities for the animals.
Following the success of the quarantine kennels, it was a natural progression to start helping with actually exporting the animals by air. As a result, Airpets was born. In those days, the company operated from a converted cattery, a far cry from the purpose-built facilities that we now have.
Today, we are one of the UK’s leading pet relocation services, organising the move of animals to a new home abroad every year and a dedicated centre for pets travelling to and from Heathrow and Gatwick. Offering Pet Passport services, on-site export / quarantine kennels, and export / quarantine catteries, we now employ over 30 people full-time, from kennel staff to pet travel consultants. All are animal lovers and many of them have been with us for over 10 years.
With the expansion of Heathrow, we are now even closer to the airport, with the cargo centre just minutes away. This makes us better placed than anyone to deliver and collect animals to and from the airport in the minimum time.
