Welcome to Timber Decay Remedial Services Ltd,
an established damp proofing company founded in 1963. We are leading consultants and specialists in the survey and treatment of properties susceptible to woodworm, wood rot and damp. Our company is one of the founder members of the B.W.P.D.A (British Wood Preserving and Damp-proofing Association) who are now known as the Property Care Association (P.C.A.). All our surveyors are qualified by examination to the C.S.R.T. (Certified Surveyor in Remedial Treatment) and C.S.S.W. (Certified Surveyor In Structural Waterproofing).
All our work is guaranteed by the company and we are also able to offer insurance-backed guarantees via GPI. Twenty years with regards to damp proofing and ten years for basement conversions.
