Service Department - As well as safety , reliability ,practicallity, another very important feature on any car is of course security , as eye carry several valuable items in car , I requested and made it clear that eye would like the locking system checking and correcting , John darke have told me they have looked at it and found nothing , absolute rubbish within two hours off returning the car it's still not locking properly , they have let me down , yes it's intermittent but eye would of thought with technology they have eye thought a very important issue such as locking would be priority for them , so to be frank eye don't see any reason to return to a company that cannot deliver on its quality guarantee , in a nutshell I've got a car that doesn't lock properly , would u be happy with that when you've laid out £1,200 for a service , can u give me a valid reason to return too a dealership that cannot deliver on its promise ?!!??!
