Marsden Builders have been building quality homes for more than 70 years. The company was formed by William Marsden, the present director's great-grandfather and, as one of the area's longest established builders, we have earned an outstanding reputation building impressive houses and bungalows that have stood the test of time.
You'll find all our homes are traditionally built and comprise a variety of styles and features to offer you a wide range. Whichever you select, you can be certain you are choosing a home built to the highest quality standards with a caring personal service to match. For although much may have changed since the company built its first home in 1936, the quality of service from a local family-run business remains as friendly and helpful as ever.
Today, the company is headed by father and son team John and Jeremy Marsden, both of whom are closely involved in the day to day activities of the company's building projects.
In addition to Marsden Builders, Jeremy also manages the contracting and property repair company,
