K. B. Benfield & Co. was founded in 1933 when Ken Benfield, a carpenter, started in business. From small beginnings the company has grown as a general building contractor, house builder and property developer.Now with over 80 years of construction experience, Benfield Homes remains a family owned company that has established a reputation for traditionally built high quality new homes for the discerning buyer, whether they be first time buyers, down sizers, growing families and investors alike.
We build a wide range of homes from one bedroom apartments to six bedroom detached homes. Our motto, "Benfield - Building Better Homes" sums up our commitment to quality and care and our mission is to provide a service to our customers that is second to none, before, during and after the sale; just what you would expect from a family owned company.
